Vedic Maths

Vedic maths is a collection of techniques to solve arithmetic problems in an easy and fast manner. It was rediscovered by Sri Bharati Krishna Tirathaji Maharaj from the Vedas during the mid-1900s. It consists of 16 main formulae and 13 sub formulae known as sutra and sub-sutra respectively. These sutras are utilised to solve problems of arithmetic, algebra, geometry, calculus, and conics. They strengthen the ability of the learner to mentally perform complex calculations. Even though these sutras were derived from ancient texts, they continue to be relevant and accurate.

Mathematics is one of the most dreaded subjects for children. As they grow older the difficulty level keeps increasing for them. Therefore, exposing them to Vedic Maths early in their life helps in building a strong foundation for their later years. It improves the speed and accuracy of solving mathematical problems.
